The cost of each participant is only $100 which includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, food and soft drinks/health drinks on the course, many individual contests, door prizes, and a special social following golf.  All proceeds from this fundraiser are divided between an endowment for Apollo Activities (LEAF Foundation) and funding immediate needs within the Activities area. Be a Team Captain and find three/four friends to come out and have a great day while supporting a worthy cause! If you would prefer, the committee will assign you to a team, just return the registration form.

Those who are not able to join the golf tournament are encouraged to come out for the evening social to create new memories with old friends. Cost of the social only is $25.
