Celebrating What We Make Possible – Together

On April 13th, LEAF 742 gathered donors, volunteers, supporters, and friends at the St. Cloud Country Club for an evening that felt equal parts celebration and gratitude, with every moment grounded in access and opportunities for District 742 students.

The LEAF Celebration and Awards was a chance to pause and take in what this community has made possible. Because of donor and volunteer generosity, students across District 742 have been able to say “yes” to opportunities—in the classroom, on the stage, on the field, and beyond—that help them discover who they are and who they’re becoming. That impact was felt throughout the evening, not just in what was shared, but in the people who came together to celebrate it.

Over the past year, and over more than 30 years of LEAF’s work, this community has shown up in ways that truly change student lives. They’ve helped remove barriers, open doors, and create spaces where students feel supported, seen, and connected. That kind of care doesn’t just happen; it’s built, together, over time.

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was recognizing individuals and partners whose generosity and commitment reflect the very best of that spirit. We were honored to celebrate this year’s award recipients:

As the evening came to a close, one thing was clear: the impact we celebrated doesn’t begin or end in a single night. It lives in every student who feels included, encouraged, and inspired because someone chose to give.
