District 742 Principals’ Scholarship Fund
The current District 742 Principal’s Association has made a $10,000 donation to LEAF as a challenge to all current and former principals to help us get to the $25,000 Legacy Fund level as quickly as possible. When the fund reaches the $25,000 level, it will begin granting scholarships equal to 5% of the fund size annually. As the Principal’s Legacy Fund grows, so will the amount of annual scholarships that LEAF will be able to make in the name of District 742 Principals.
Many of you retired educators have contributed generously to LEAF funds, such as the Retired Educators Legacy Fund, which makes grants in support of academic and activities programs in District 742 – and we THANK You! The Principal’s Legacy Fund will reward hard-working students as they pursue education beyond high school.
In your role as a District 742 Principal, you made many contributions in support of our students. We hope you will continue to be generous in your donations to LEAF during our current fund drive for the District 742 Principals’ Scholarship Fund.
