WJON features the 2023 Night of the Stars
LEAF’s Night of the Stars is back after a 2-year absence this Friday and Saturday at Tech High School with shows at 7 p.m. each night (Feb. 10th & 11th, 2023) . Directors Denny Smith and Victoria Hedtke, emcee Gary Zwack and longtime performer Winston Johnson joined Jay Caldwell on WJON to talk about the shows.

Local Businesses Support Night of the Stars and Student Activities
Although the 2021 LEAF Night of the Stars had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic, the following area businesses elected to allocate their sponsorship donations directly to the LEAF Student Activities Fund which supports the entire District 742 Activities Program.
2020 Night of the Stars – Gone but not Forgotten
The 2020 LEAF Night of the Stars performances included group, duo and individual performances – even magic! From classical piano and violin solos to Doo-Wop, from elementary to senior high acts our District 742 students showed their talents on the state at the Paramount Theatre.

Another Great Year for Night of the Stars
The 2019 LEAF Night of the Stars performances included group, duo and individual performances. This year’s show was excellent and well received by audiences on both Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23.
